Maya is one of the forgotten superstars of Yount, as he lived in the shadow of Ruben Lee for most of his career in Cleveland. He has been ridiculously consistent in his career, with a career of .322/.428/.542 slash. Maya was the first pick in the Season 39 draft by Oakland and GoldenBaer88 and was traded in Season 45 to Cleveland. With three MVPs to his name and a host of other accolades, Maya is a shoo-in for the Hall of Fame.

The great thing about Yount is the experienced owners, as it is essentially a league of all-star owners who, if put in a pedestrian league, would likely compete for a championship. With that said, I think we can all agree that Dayton "El Caballo" Pickford is one of the most unique players in WIS history, with jamier2003 using him in a unique way as a reliever and a starter. As good as Pickford has been, this might have been his best year yet, as it was a career-low in WHIP and ERA.
Yount Rookie of the Year:
Runs: 107 Hits: 107 HR: 51 RBI: 132 SB: 27
AVG: .235 OBP: .284 SLG: .523 OPS: .807
Burrell burst onto the scene like the Kool-Aid Man, with 51 bombs. Burrell was drafted by the Cubs in the 1st round with the 15th overall pick in Season 48. He was part of the Rule 5 arbitrage when the Cubs forgot to protect players and promptly won ROY. Burrell was a star at Madison-Grant High School in Indiana. It is the only high school in the United States with the Argyll mascot.
Yount Fireman of the Year:
Games: 62 Saves: 53 W-L: 2-3 Inn: 59.2

Benoit was absolutely nails, as he went 53 for 53 on save opportunities. Benoit was drafted by the Cubs in Season 38 in the 1st round and traded to Milwaukee in Season 48. Benoit has been a dominant reliever throughout his career, ranking #4 all-time in career WHIP. Interestingly enough, the top five are all active (Julian Pena, Fausto Campos, Jo-jo Pilette, and Cliff Nickle).
