The private world rules state that "rule changes or implementations can be proposed to the Commissioner via trade chat during the current season." We had a proposal to amend Rule #4, which currently reads:
4) If a team does not make the MWR, they will be placed on one-year probation. If they miss the MWR at the MLB level, they will be required to win 68 games in the probation year. If they miss the MWR at the Minor League level, they will be required to win 261 games in the probation year. A failure to reach the probationary levels will result in dismissal from the league for at least two seasons.
The amendment would be as follows:

If they miss the MWR at the Minor League level, they will be required to win 261 games in the probation year or finish in the Top 25 of the end-of-the-year Organization of the Year Standings. A failure to reach the probationary levels will result in dismissal from the league for at least two seasons.
