Edinburg, TX - One of the private league rules is a minimum win rate of 120 major league wins over two seasons, and 456 cumulative minor league wins. The specific rule is found under the admin tab / private league rules. We have one team on probation, with the Kansas City minor league teams needing 261 wins this season. (cough, cough, DEFENSE). We have one other minor league team on the verge of probation in the Astros, who need 288 wins. Every other franchise is below the 60/228 mark this season, although some are dangerously close. One fun note is the Cubs need one minor league victory and can take the year off.
