Edinburg, TX - One of the private league rules is a minimum win rate of 120 major league wins over two seasons, and 456 cumulative minor league wins. The specific rule is found under the admin tab / private league rules. We only have a few franchises that are above teh 60/228 mark and risk probation. The Nationals need 61 MLB wins and the Pirates and A's need to hit the over on 228.
