Edinburg, TX - One of the private league rules requires a minimum win rate of 120 major league wins over two seasons and 456 cumulative minor league wins. You can find this specific rule under the admin tab/private league rules. Currently, two teams are on probation: the Angels at the Major League Level and the Marlins in the minors. Since we switched the league over, only one owner has failed to make it out of probation.
