Kewaskum, WI -Arizona continues to pump out top prospects with high draft picks. With Rollins progressing to the majors, the top spot this year is another Diamondback, Justin Milliard, who was the third overall pick last season out of Binghamton. Milliard could be up soon, depending on how much Arizona wants to rush him. He has a great eye and contact and mixes in some power. He will be one of the best hitters at whatever level he is at. Washington and Milwaukee still dominate the top 100, tying for the most prospects with 11 each. The Reds continue to build with seven and Seattle also has done some prospecting with seven. The Rockies got on the board this year placing a prospect in the top 100, and we had four teams that didn’t have anyone (Tampa, Kansas City, Florida and Los Angeles)
