Assessing a draft class right after the draft can be tough, as first impressions often imply the draft might not be particularly strong. However, at Get Up Get Up Get Outta Here Gone, we have developed a formula to evaluate the success of draft classes by analyzing previous years. This formula awards points based on the number of players still active in the sport, with more points given to those who have reached the major leagues, and additional bonuses provided according to the round in which each player was drafted.


The draft class from Season 52 didn't feature many superstars besides the first pick, Aaron Rollins. While it may lack notable all-stars, there are currently 32 major leaguers from the draft, which showcases good depth, ranking as the third-best draft overall. Houston had the best draft, with an impressive six players making it to the majors. Anaheim finished at the bottom, as they only signed one player from the draft. Since we began this practice in Season 44, we will continue to compile the top ten drafts of all time based on these scores. Below are the rankings for Season 52:
